Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's how we handle cancellations and refunds:

Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
• Once the item is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds

• If your order is eligible for a refund (due to damage, wrong item, etc.), we will initiate the process within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

• Unused item in original packaging
• Request raised within 1 day of delivery
• Unboxing video and photos must be provided as proof

Processing Fee Deduction
